Lecture Rescue: turn a lecture into recall

When a lecture makes sense only while the lecturer is speaking, start smaller than another full replay. Find the missing connection, explain it, then test it. This is a study workflow, not a claim that AI output is medically verified.

A practical next session

  1. Choose a concept you cannot yet explain and keep the lecture or textbook reference beside it.
  2. Write a small map with labelled relationships. Mark the connection you are unsure about.
  3. Use Lecture Rescue for a focused explanation, then check it against the source.
  4. Save only questions you have understood and edited. Revisit them without the map.
